Hi there, we’re Spiffy, a small business based in Pembrokeshire which focuses on mental health gifts and resources. 

We have a huge range of mental and emotional wellbeing themed products to help support children of both primary and secondary school age, and our resources have been utilised in classrooms and therapeutic settings for over eight years. 

As neurodivergent people ourselves, we know our resources are great support for students with ADHD, autism and anxiety. We utilise our background in counselling and primary teaching to include positive psychology, mindfulness and CBT in what we do.
