Neuro Thrive Coach provides practical, evidence-informed support to primary and secondary schools, helping neurodivergent pupils, staff and families thrive.

With 13 years’ experience as a qualified primary teacher, alongside qualifications in ADHD Coaching, Neurodiversity Coaching and Neuroscience Coaching, I bridge the gap between educational practice and neurodiversity-informed support. My approach is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience as an adult with ADHD and as the parent of a neurodivergent child.

Coaching for Pupils

One-to-one and small group coaching designed to help neurodivergent pupils develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in school. Sessions focus on areas such as:
