Listing Details

Settled Minds is a psychoeducation programme for secondary schools that helps students understand the everyday experiences of the teenage mind — including anxiety, overthinking, school pressure, friendships, social media and the inner critic.

Created by a qualified counsellor, the programme uses short, calm, therapist-led audio episodes alongside optional differentiated worksheets (Junior and Senior). It is designed to be low-prep for staff and flexible enough to use whole-class, in small groups, or one-to-one.

Settled Minds complements existing wellbeing and guidance provision by giving young people a clearer understanding of why they feel the way they do, rather than focusing solely on coping strategies. It supports key national frameworks including Curriculum for Excellence and GIRFEC in Scotland, and RSHE in England.

Available as a simple whole-school annual licence with unlimited staff and student access.
