“I have used a few of the recordings and found them all to be really useful. The sessions are excellent tools to help me to focus and feel more grounded in day to day life and to face challenges with less apprehension. I recently had to speak in public (which I absolutely dread!) and the sessions helped me to concentrate and to confront something which otherwise would have been much more difficult. I have noticed that the more I listen to the recordings, the more affect they seem to have. They are EXTREMELY relaxing and seem to have created a shift in my mind to a more positive way of thinking.
