“Been using Redstor as our offsite backup solution for over a year now as my predecessor had signed up the year previous. Although they had gone through the training with my Predecessor Michael and the team were more than willing to go through everything again as well as answer any and all my questions quickly and respectfully no matter how stupid my questions where.
They regularly check in to make sure everything OK. I have the 1Tb online backup plan and the only problem I have is I'd like it to be cheaper but to be fair the service is worth it and I'm just penny pinching at the end of the day. I recently had a server die requiring a full restore and the support team were happy enough clarifying what needs to be done to ensure a speedy return to service. Another plus point over most backup solution as you pay for storage not per server meaning if you have a number of virtual servers it wont cost you any more in numbers or add ons.
Would recommend to any one.”
