About: Our expert team of expert graduate and masters Nutritionists are passionate about educating young people on the importance of self-care through healthy lifestyle habits and improved food choices. We have been hosting the Food for Life talks and workshops for over 12 years and talk to over 20,000 students & parents each year, visiting schools nationwide and working with many of the top 200 schools in the UK. We support all the schools we work with via regular blogs on hot topics of interest throughout the year which are geared for teenagers and their parents.

We also offer The Teenage Health and Wellness Guide - an easy to use accessible 'go to' user friendly handbook on all topics we discuss in our PSHE programme.
