About: YogaBugs has been successfully delivering yoga and mindfulness classes to primary school children for over 20 years.
YogaBugs engages children through stories and adventures, as they act out the story through yoga inspired moves. It is all inclusive and non competitive, supporting children's physical and mental health. Classes link to curriculum topics and themes, enhancing a child's learning experience.
Our virtual platform gives schools access to over 100 age-appropriate YogaBugs videos (full length or classroom), relaxation and breathing techniques. This programme is not just for the children, you will also have access to CPD training, adult yoga & relaxation sessions, mindfulness resources and assessment templates.
