Creating safer schools starts with us and at BulliesOut, we believe in working with you to develop and maintain a positive ethos across your whole school community, creating an environment that meets the emotional, academic and social needs of your pupils and staff.

Established in May 2006, multi award winning charity, BulliesOut supports individuals, schools, youth and community settings and the workplace through positive and innovative anti-bullying and wellbeing programmes.

Our vision is to empower and inspire children, young people and adults to overcome bullying behaviour, recognise their self-worth and achieve their full potential.

We believe raising aspirations and promoting empathy, respect, and responsibility are essential for every young person. Our workshops and training programmes bring these values to life through practical, interactive activities that actively engage pupils. These activities help students develop empathy, reflect on their behaviour, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build a strong sense of teamwork and community.

We can deliver our sessions in person or online, and we also offer resource kits for schools to use directly. Additional activities are available for download, making it easy to bring our approach into your classroom whenever you need it.

BulliesOut has built a solid foundation in supporting those affected by bullying behaviour, with a recorded reach of over 20,000 children, young people, and adults in 2024 alone. However, we need to reach more and the way to this is through working with young people in schools. BulliesOut meets a critical need in our society by primarily dealing with the pervasive issue of bullying behaviour among children and young people. We support those experiencing bullying behaviour, equipping them with essential coping mechanisms and strategies. In addition, we educate those exhibiting bullying behaviour about the damaging impact of their actions, encouraging transformation and positive change.

Our work extends far below the surface, reaching into the very core of the communities in which we engage with. It is a mosaic of empowerment, education, awareness, and sustainability that paints a vivid picture of our commitment to making a meaningful, long-lasting difference.
