Unlike most companies we do not charge a “call out fee” where customers are charged somewhere between £40 and £50 just to attend with all service work charged on top. 

The second important difference between ourselves and most other companies is the way replacement extinguishers are charged. As long as your extinguishers are serviced annually by us, when they are due for refill, this is included in that years charge. This is achieved by refilling rather than replacement.
