Prospering Minds Consultancy provides evidence based, trauma informed behaviour support for schools, children and families. Led by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, we work collaboratively with school leaders, SENCOs, teachers and support staff to improve pupils’ regulation, communication, independence and access to learning.

Our services include behaviour consultation, functional behaviour assessment, individualised support plans, school observations, staff coaching and practical training for SEND teams and teaching assistants. We specialise in supporting autistic and neurodivergent pupils, including those who may present with behaviours of concern.

Our approach is compassionate, culturally responsive and centred on each pupil’s dignity, strengths and individual needs. We equip school teams with practical strategies they can apply consistently to create inclusive environments in which pupils can regulate, learn and prosper.
