GCSE speaking practice your MFL department can actually use. Students hold a real spoken conversation with an AI examiner — role play, reading aloud, photo card and general conversation — and each part is marked the way its exam board marks it. Nothing averages a /10 role play with a /5 photo card.

Boards and languages. AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge IGCSE, in French and Spanish, both tiers where the board has them. Full mock speaking exams run the board’s components, in the board’s order, to the board’s timings, and finish with a GCSE grade for that mock.

What a teacher gets. Create a class, share one join code, and set assignments — whole class or selected pupils, by component and topic, with an optional deadline. See who has practised and their most recent mark. Per pupil: every session with its transcript and assessment, recent marks by practice type, and recurring mistake themes that tell you what to teach next. A weekly class report you can email to yourself. You can remove a pupil or archive a class at any time, which ends your access to their work everywhere in the product.

How students use it. On the web, or on the free iOS and Android apps. Practice runs in the student’s own time, unsupervised, as often as the department wants. No card is needed to start.

Data protection. ICO registered (ZC135288), a full DPIA, and a school pack written to answer a DPO review: a data processing agreement, a school addendum, a schools privacy notice and a plain-English privacy summary. Most of our users are under 18 and the product is built accordingly.

Autumn term 2026 — three free pilot places for MFL departments. We switch your classes on by hand. Your pupils join with one code — no card, no procurement, no purchase order. Each pupil gets 20 practice sessions and 3 mock exams per rolling 30 days. It runs to the end of the autumn term and then stops: nothing is charged and there is no auto-renewal. Oversubscription goes to a waitlist for January.
